To this end, all employees have input into the general operations on site from amenities selection, hours worked, demolition methods, procedures, safety programmes, quality assurance and all other aspects of each and every project. Total Demolition Pty Ltd will supply all work clothes, safety equipment, personal protective equipment and anything else deemed necessary or desirable to perform the work in comfort and safety as decided by the project team. A project team consists of all our on-site personnel. Total Demolition Pty Ltd contracts industrial and commercial projects including; coal mines, chemical plants, bridges, power stations, smelters and refineries regardless of size and technical challenge. We provide a total demolition service from management to plant and equipment operators to ground staff. Our responsibilities range from estimating, overseeing safety and co-ordinating, to maintaining equipment at ground levels. Total Demolition Pty Ltd is committed to zero accidents for employees and the public, maintaining our vigilance to achieve this end. A team effort with constant checks and balances is required and all employees are responsible to each other for success. The many experiences we have derived from working on our past and present projects is effectively pooled and utilised to ensure that we continue to improve standards and achieve greater levels of success for our clients. |
