COMPANY SAFETY POLICY

Total Demolition Pty Ltd was formed by the merger of several businesses operating in the a specific field of demolition, all with extensive and valuable industry experience. We all saw the need to combine our vast experiences in order to create a more systematic and safe working environment, and providing our clients with a higher quality, more cost effective and reliable on time service.

Aim

Total Demolition Pty Ltd’s Safety Policy is dedicated to ‘zero accident and incidents’.

Quality Assurance

Our safety plan continues to evolve and is being built on an associated quality assurance programme. All aspects of safe and efficient operation are being integrated into the daily working sheets to be completed before, during and after various tasks are undertaken. Successful completion of these documents require team input.

Each day commences with the mandatory “Toolbox Meeting” to be chaired by the supervisor or director of the company and attended by all on-site personnel. This meeting initiates the daily programme. A weekly on-site meeting is held to review the overall project.

Management constantly monitor the progress of the programme making changes where necessary to ensure ongoing quality performance and achievement of goals. Programs must be flexible allowing for regular input from all personnel.
